We aim to have your item delivered within 5 working days. Please note that deliveries could be subject to delay due to Covid-19 or national holidays.
We offer a 12 month warranty on all our stock, alongside any remaining manufacturer warranty.
This means that should there be any faults with your item, we will repair it free of charge if it is within the warranty period. Please review the terms and conditions here for more details.

For online purchases, you can pay using BACS, Card transaction or Bitcoin. For in-store purchases, we accept BACS, Card, PENG, Bitcoin or cash.
We offer free complimentary delivery for all UK-based orders,for any order £50.00 and up. We also offer Next Day Delivery (Must Order before 4pm) for £6.99 GBP.
Upon your purchase, you will receive a receipt with your order. When purchasing in store, you will receive a physical copy and when purchasing online a digital copy will be sent to your email in a PDF format so you may print if needed.

Please get in contact by filling in our enquiry form or calling us on 020 8187 8355 and a member of our sales team will assist you in finding a similar item or potentially sourcing your item. Please note, for us to source any item that we do not have in stock, a deposit is required.
If your watch is faulty, your warranty will cover your repair or replacement, given that it falls within the 12-month warranty period. However, for any additional watch servicing, such as polishing, this is not covered under your warranty and you will be required to pay for any servicing you wish to have.
