    Please fill out our online form in as much detail as possible and provide any relevant images of your jewellery.

  • Send Us Your Jewellery

    A member of our team will contact you with an estimated offer for your jewellery. You can then send us your jewellery or visit us in store.

  • Item Inspection

    A specialist member of our team will thoroughly inspect your jewellery before determining our final offer. Please allow 3-5 working days upon us receiving your jewellery for us to be in touch.

  • Get Paid

    If you are happy with the final offer, we will proceed to pay you the agreed price via bank transfer within 1-3 working days.

Which types of jewellery do you buy?

We buy all types of jewellery, including rings, earrings, chains, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, bangles and everything in between. These can be diamond and gem set pieces or plain jewellery made from precious metals.

How can I send my jewellery to you?

When sending any jewellery to us we recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Ensure that you get proof of postage and that your package is insured up to the value of your jewellery.

What methods do you use to pay out?

We offer both bank transfer and cash payments to our customers who choose to sell their jewellery to us. This decision is at the discretion of the customer selling to us.

Do you buy in gold and silver?

Yes, we buy in all hallmarked precious metals, including gold, silver and platinum.

Which jewellery brands do you buy?

We buy most top luxury jewellery brands, these include, but are not limited to Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels and Bvlgari, amongst others.
