  • Receive a Quote

    A member of our buying team will get back to you as soon as possible with a quote for your jewellery and details on what the next steps are.

  • Send or Drop Off

    Once you are happy with the quote, you can choose to either send us your jewellery or book an appointment to visit our Hatton Garden store.

  • In With The New

    Once your jewellery has been checked by our team, its time to enjoy the new piece. We offer free delivery or collection in store.

Which jewellery brands do you buy?

We buy most top luxury jewellery brands, these include, but are not limited to Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels and Bvlgari, amongst others.

If you have a piece of jewellery to sell that isn't listed above, please still get in touch as we are always open to consider other similar jewellery brands.

How can I send my jewellery to you?

When sending any jewellery to us we recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Ensure that you get proof of postage and that your package is insured up to the value of your jewellery.

What methods do you use to pay out?

We offer both bank transfer and cash payments to our customers who choose to sell their jewellery to us. This decision is at the discretion of the customer selling to us.

Which types of jewellery do you buy?

We buy all types of jewellery, including rings, earrings, chains, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, bangles and everything in between. These can be diamond and gem set pieces or plain jewellery made from precious metals.

How long does the part exchange process take?

The part-exchange process usually only takes around 24 hours to finalise, however, please allow up to 7 days as each part-exchange is different and in some cases can take longer than 24 hours.
