Which watch brands do you accept for part exchange?
We accept all major luxury watch brands including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Cartier, IWC, Vacheron Constantin, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Omega, Breitling and more. If you're unsure whether we accept your brand, please get in touch and we'll be happy to advise.
Do I need box and papers to part exchange?
Box and papers are not required, though having a full set (original box, warranty papers and any accessories) will typically result in a higher valuation. We'll still provide a competitive quote without them.
How quickly will I receive my quote?
Our specialist buying team aims to respond within 24 hours. During busy periods it may take up to 48 hours. You'll receive your quote by email. For urgent enquiries, please call us on 020 3318 9164.
How do I send my watch to you?
Once your quote is agreed, you can either send your watch via our fully insured specialist courier service (we'll provide full instructions), or drop it off in person at our Hatton Garden showroom. We strongly advise against using standard postal services for high-value items.
Can I drop off my watch in store?
Yes, absolutely. We welcome drop-offs at our Hatton Garden showroom at 46 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8EX. We're open Monday to Friday 10:30am–5:30pm and Saturday 11:30am–4pm. We recommend contacting us in advance so we can prepare.
Is my part-exchange value guaranteed?
The initial quote is based on the information and photos you provide. The final part-exchange value is confirmed after our team has physically inspected and authenticated your watch. In most cases the value remains the same as quoted.
