Which watch brands do you buy?

We buy most top luxury watch brands, these include, but are not limited to Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille and Cartier.

How can I send my watch to you?

When sending a watch to us we recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Ensure that you get proof of postage and that your package is insured up to the value of your watch.

Can I drop my watch in store?

Yes, absolutely, you can book an appointment here to visit us at our store in Hatton Garden and drop your watch off in person.

Does my watch need to have box & papers?

No, your watch does not need to have a box or papers for us to consider making an offer for it. However, both of these things will affect the price of your watch.

How long does the part exchange process take?

The part-exchange process usually only takes around 24 hours to finalise, however, please allow up to 7 days as each part-exchange is different and in some cases can take longer than 24 hours.
