Some milestones deserve more than a plaque. When Burna Boy became the first African artist to sell out the 80,000-capacity London Stadium, then did it again the following year, he marked it the way only he could: by wearing the stadium itself.
A Jewellers is proud to have created the one-of-one London Stadium pendant for the African Giant, unveiled as he confirmed a record third headline show at the venue in 2027.
A stadium, built in miniature
The pendant is a three-dimensional replica of the London Stadium. Look closely and the detail is all there: the tiered bowl of the stands, the sweep of the roof, and at the centre a diamond stage set-up, the same view 80,000 people had on those two nights.
The piece is set with 600 carats of VVS diamonds over a kilogram of solid rose gold. Baguette-cut stones trace the stadium's rings and structure, while pavé-set diamonds fill the stands, so the surface catches light from every angle in the way a packed stadium does under floodlights. The pendant hangs from a matching diamond-set link chain built to carry its weight.
The story on the reverse
Turn the pendant over and it tells a different story. Engraved on the back are the names of every country Burna Boy has performed in, a record of the journey from Port Harcourt to a stadium in East London, and every stage in between.
One of one
